Two National Parks and Monuments From Above

Bryce Canyon & Capitol Reef Scenic Airplane Tours

On arguably the most scenic flight in Utah, you will be able to see two of Utah's Mighty 5 National Parks from above! Passengers can enjoy Bryce Canyon and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument on this air tour adventure.

The stunning landscape of colorful rock pinnacles and spires that cascade down the edges of Utah's Paunsaugunt Plateau will leave you in awe. Bryce Canyon is the highest feature of the spectacular "Grand Staircase" of the larger Colorado Plateau. The Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument is named after a series of plateaus that descend from Bryce Canyon south toward the Grand Canyon and are distinguished by vertical drops at the Pink Cliffs, Grey Cliffs, White Cliffs, Vermillion Cliffs, and Chocolate Cliffs. From your guaranteed window seat you'll see a variety of treasures, including colorful sandstone cliffs soaring above narrow slot canyons, picturesque washes and seemingly endless slickrock, prehistoric village sites, and abandoned old Western movie sets.

The Crown of the Grand Staircase

Bryce Canyon National Park is the highest in elevation of all the "Mighty Five" parks in Utah. The Grand Staircase National Monument surrounds these parks, making for non-stop postcard views from your guaranteed window seat.

"Air Guides"

The "Air Guide" pilots at Redtail will give you more than a round trip shuttle, they will make you laugh, inspire you with stories, and point out the very best views the landscape can offer - and that's a lot! You'll have made a new friend, and when you come back to Moab again someday, they will be waiting by their plane to show you something new.

Capitol Reef National Park

Capitol Reef National Park is a hidden gem filled with cliffs, canyons and bridges in the Waterpocket Fold--a 65 million-year old geologic monocline that stretches nearly 100 miles long and six miles wide. It's truly amazing to see it from above!

Scenic Flight Tours of Moab Utah

Shane – our pilot on the Monument Valley 2 hour Scenic Flight– was fantastic. Very informative and also did not "chat" the entire trip. That gave us the opportunity to ask questions and quiet when needed due to the beautiful views.

Fantastic Flight

Leanne – Pocatello, ID
Our pilot, Gene, inspired us with his competence, made us feel completely comfortable, taught us A LOT about the area and the forces that created the amazing landscape. He made our incredible scenic flight the highlight of our trip which caused my 14 year old son to express his gratitude enthusiastically! Quite an accomplishment. Thank you!
