Cancellation & Refund Policies
Please notify us by phone at (866) 904-1163 or (435) 259-7019 if you need to cancel or reschedule. Refund amounts vary according to the cancellation timeframe. See the following list for details:
Policy for Trips 1 Day or Less in Length
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
- Cancellations prior to 48 hours before departure subject to $10 per person fee.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax, fees or guide gratuities.
Policy for Multi-Day Trips and Packages
- Deposit due at time of reservation; Final payment due 90 days prior to trip departure
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing and will incur the following fees: - Cancellations 90+ days prior to departure: $100 per person service charge
- Cancellations within 60-90 days of departure: Full deposit amount
- Cancellations within 60 days of departure: Full Fare (Name changes 60 days or less: $50 service charge)
If any trip is cancelled due to severe weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
