Thanks to hundreds of participants in the 2009 Raft for the Cure event for making this our most successful year yet! Together we raised over $12,000 for Breast Cancer research and had a lot of fun doing it! Take a look at the 2009 event video, then make your plans to join us in Moab for 2010. Registration is open!

Join Us! Raft for the Cure » June 26th, 2010

Come "Raft for the Cure" with the Moab Adventure Center for the benefit of Susan G. Komen for the Cure Salt Lake City! A full day of rafting, food and fun. The event of the summer you do not want to miss!

Your journey begins with a beautiful drive up the river corridor where you’ll launch your raft onto one of the most popular stretches of the Colorado River. You’ll experience such rapids as Onion Creek, Cloudburst, Ida Gulch, and the famous Whites Rapid. You’ll also have plenty of time to relax and swim, plus you’ll savor our delicious riverside lunch at the exclusive Red Cliffs Lodge along the river banks.

After your rafting adventure, join us back at the Moab Adventure Center for a BBQ Dinner, free LIVE concert and auction giveaways.

Colorado River Rafting » 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
(see your confirmation for actual check-in time)

Experience a full day of world famous scenery, an exclusive riverside lunch at the Red Cliffs Ranch, and mild whitewater on the Colorado River. Trip includes transportation from Moab Adventure Center to the river and return transportation after the trip. (minimum age: 5)

BBQ Dinner » 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM

After a day of fun on the river, come back to the Moab Adventure Center for a BBQ Dinner and more activities. Dinner will be served buffet style in the parking lot of Moab Adventure Center while live music begins on the stage.

LIVE Music » 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

The festivities continue with local bands and musicians playing live on-stage. The band for 2010 will be announced soon. In years past, we've enjoyed music from artists such as Ryan Shupe and the Rubber Band, Peter Brienholt, and Clear Creek. This year will prove to be an exciting evening event as well.

Local Moab companies stepped up big time to donate some awesome prizes! The auction and raffle will run all day, and you could get a chance to win some awesome prizes!
